Our Service Protocol

Upon arrival, a thoroughly trained and registered technician will contact the homeowner to verify if interior treatment is need and arrange for access. General pests including ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, crickets, silverfish, wasps and hornets will be treated using products that are E.PA. Registered. The products consist of both baits and insecticides as deemed necessary by the nature of the problem and the judgement of our technician. Occasionally, we may use insect growth regulator products.

Areas which will be treated include but are not limited to baseboards, cracks and crevices, bathrooms, hallways, basements and other areas requested by the homeowner. Some of our customers want the outside perimeter to be treated only, in this case a barrier with a residual chemical is applied about three (3) feet horizontal and vertical to prevent crawling insects from entering the interior of the house.

Included on our website is a list of products used by All Star Pest Management. Four (4) products are mainly used: Talstar, Phantom, Demand SC and Termidor. We also use Essentria IC3 for customers that request organic treatments.

Treatment for mice consists of performing a thorough inspection to identify all entry points present on the interior and exterior. We then provide a proposal to seal all the harborage and entry points, bait with First strike bait and set traps. For mice we always follow up within two (2) weeks of the initial service.

Whatever your problem is, our pest control technicians will identify and remove pests from commercial and residential properties. They inspect areas for evidence of pests like rodents and insects including ants, roaches, bedbugs, mosquitoes, and termites, and typically create treatment plans (IPM) to eliminate or prevent pest problems.
